From San Antonio to Laredo, Seattle to St. Louis, riders from all around gather each year for the Gear Up Against Kids Cancer ride to bring community awareness to the 15,000+ children annually diagnosed with cancer and raise much-needed funds to help researchers develop more effective and less toxic treatments for childhood cancer

Greehey Children’s Cancer Research Institute is only one of two institutes in the United States dedicated solely to pediatric cancer research. Its 20 laboratories focus their strengths in cancer genomics, DNA repair, RNA biology, and drug development on finding new and less toxic treatments for childhood cancers.
